About
Who am I? Man, that’s a loaded question. I think a lot of the answer to that question is based on perception. One man’s genius is another man’s lunatic. With that said, lets get the facts out of the way before we touch on the other questionable parts.
The Facts
My name is Patrick and I am a guy living just outside Philadelphia, PA in the good old USA. I’m in my early thirties and have worked all my life making other people money. I managed to make a decent living doing so and have always found myself living comfortably.
I own two investment properties (residential rental units) as well as my own home. I do a bit of web programming and work as an IT Program/Project Manager for an international company.
The Opinions
From the start of my career (when I was 13) I always found myself in positions of leadership. I have been everything from a head busboy, pizza shop manager, catering hall manager and program manager for a multi-million dollar national contract. Those are the facts. From here on it it comes down to my opinion. We all know what they say about opinions…..(if you don’t know, email me and I will fill you in)
I consider myself a damn fine guy. I am trustworthy and inspire those around me to work to the best of their ability. I have a knack for seeing through the clutter and chaos that swirls around to get a clear picture directed to everyone. I think that is one of the main reasons that I have always found myself in a position of leadership. I can see what needs to get done and get everyone on the same page heading that way.
One thing that has been both a benefit and a crutch for me is that I am blunt. Very blunt. If I see someone doing something and the thought “What the hell are you doing” come to my head, it comes out of my mouth as well. It’s gotten me into trouble, but it also lets those all around me know exactly where I stand.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial way about me. I think this blog will help me focus on the future while not letting me forget the past. If you want to come along for the ride and share in my knowledge, trials and successes buckle up! It’s going to be a wild ride.
